Network Administration
The SMB market typically does not hire a person to maintain their network or computers. Usually, whomever exhibits the most computer knowledge in the office becomes the default administrator. Unfortunately, since that person is not trained, they usually operate in a reactive mode.
We have developed a strategy to assist the SMB market with their network administrative needs by providing a proactive monitoring solution. We will analyze the critical data on a weekly basis and monitor your primary systems to verify that Backups are occurring.. that you have enough disk space... enough RAM... that your Anti Virus definitions are up to date... that critical system functions have not been disabled or shutdown. We will summarize the information in a report that is provided monthly and if we see any issues that need addressed immediately, you will be contacted and we can schedule support.
